Diagnosis
Only the following reactions are meaningful if a new attendance orabsence record overlaps with one which already exists in theSystem:
A - the old record is delimited and the new one is created.
E - it is not possible to create the new record.
The System displays an error message.

System Response
If you have entered reaction indicators other than 'A' and 'E',the System displays a warning message.

Procedure
Enter 'A' or 'E' as the reaction indicator.
