Diagnosis
You have coded the absence / attendance types just edited so that theseare deducted from one or more time quotas.
Time quotas are currently only validated and deducted on screen2001 for absences, and on screen 2050 for attendences.

System Response
If you save the screen number you have entered, the attendance /absence records with this attendance / absence type will not trigger aquota deduction. Data inconsistencies in quota deduction cannot beexcluded.

Procedure
Please check the coding for the absence / attendance types concerned:
Uf necessary, please change to the general table view T554S andcheck the content of the Quota Type, Quota Deduction,Att. / Abs. ID, and Entry Screen No. fields.
