Diagnosis
The system is unable to determine the next pay scale level.

System Response
Create a type T statement, which means the system reads the pay scaletable. The system will also attempt to determine possible increases inpay scales, and and pay scale reclassifications.

Procedure
You have probably not maintained any pay scale reclassifications, andnot encoded the pay scale levels with 00 to 99. To avoid this problem,you must encode the reclassifications. You can do this via thefollowing IMG path:
--> Personnel Management
--> Personnel Administration
--> Payroll Data
--> Basic Pay
--> Pay Scale Changes
--> Pay Scale Reclassification

When you leave this message, the system will create the statement, butin certain cases, the system will not be able to print all of therelevant records from the pay scale table.
