Confirmations are reorganized one block at a time. Blocks that havebeen reorganized must also run through final processing. An internalerror has occurred during final processing.

System Response
The individual blocks were processed successfully. Final processingcould not be carried out, however, and cancellations without afacsimile confirmation were not deleted.
