SAP Message 50023 - Action &1 cannot be performed (object not created)

Diagnosis The action manager cannot execute the action '&V1&' because a BORobject that was required as the parameter cannot be created. The dataobject of type '&V2&' with the key '&V3&' is probably not available. System Response The action is not executed.
