Diagnosis
Either the amount that you have entered in the Utilizationfields on the Utilitization tab is incorrect, or you have notentered anything at all.
When you reverse an ARE document, you are no longer exempt from payingthe basic excise duty (BED) on the materials. Consequently, you have topay the BED plus interest backdated to the dispatch date.

Procedure
On the Utilization tab, enter the exact amount of duty andinterest that you have to pay to the excise authorities. You can choosewhich registers you want pay the amount owed from. However, the totalamount must match the amount displayed in the Total Payablefield.
