Diagnosis
You have entered a 13th month payment wage type that is not valid forentry into the Additional Payments (0015) and One-Time PayOff-Cycles (0267) infotypes.

Procedure
Make the wage type eligible for entry into infotypes 0015 and 0267.
To do this, in Customizing for Payroll Philippines, go to13th and Nth Month Payments -> Maintain 13th and Nth Month WageTypes -> Check Validity of Wage Types perInfotype.
