Diagnosis
The target object is in Editing status.
This target object is either in your structure or you set a hyperlinkto a content object that is not released.

Procedure
If it is an object in your structure, have the object released.
If it is a hyperlink to a content object that is not released, have thetarget object released or delete the hyperlink.
