Diagnosis
Your structure contains a link to a structure that is not in aproductive folder.
The customer cannot display this structure.

Procedure
Have the folder made productive or remove the structure link from yourstructure.
To remove the structure link from the structure:
Select the structure.
Choose Info object -> Change contents.
The Edit Structure screen appears.
Remove the structure link from your structure by choosing Infoobject -> Remove from structure.
Save the structure.
