Diagnosis
The information object is in the new original language &V2& in statusV1.
You can only change the original language if the information object wasreleased in the current original language and the translation wascompleted and released in the new original language.

Procedure
To change the original language:
Have the translator release the information object in original languageV2.
Then try again to change the original language.
