Diagnosis
The information object is in original language &V2& in status &V1&.
You can only change the original language if the information object wasreleased in the current original language and the translation to thenew original language was completed and released.

Procedure
To change the original language:
Ask the author to release the information object in original languageV2.
Have the released version translated and release the translation.
Try again to change the original language.
