Diagnosis
The error when opening the master document can have one of thefollowing causes:

• No complete cleanup was performed


• in a translation package for TRADOS.


• A master document of the package is faulty and cannot be opened by
Word.

• The package was already completely read in.

Procedure
Check if one of the above causes applies.
