Diagnosis
To use the automatic mail service of the HTML Export, you need a mailtemplate in which the unchangeable text parts of the mail contents aredefined. If there is no such template, no automatic mails are created.

Procedure
If you want to create an automatic mail, a mail template with thetechnical name EXPORT.MAIL must be created in the management area forthe corresponding context. The special template syntax can be found inthe documentation.
