Diagnosis
The process data for process orders cannot be stored because one ormore of the following requirements is not met:

• The process order does not have status "Order record required".


• The process order does not have status "Technically completed" or
"Completed".

• The inspection lot does not have the statuses "Usage decision made" and
"Inspection close completed"

• The process order is currently processed by a different user.


• One of the PI sheets does not have status "Technically completed" or
"Completed".

Procedure
RESET N1
Check:
In Customizing whether the order type has been set up for storing(order type-dependent parameters, Master data tab page,Order record required indicator)
The status of the process order, the corresponding inspection lot, andthe status of the relevant PI sheets
If necessary, perform one of the following activities:
In Customizing for the order type, set the Order record required indicator (see above).
Complete the process order (Function Complete orTechnically complete.
Make the usage decision for the inspection lot.
Complete all PI sheets (function Complete or Technicallycomplete) or delete them.
