You canonly generate a control recipe when you have released all the phasesfor a control recipe destination. In addition, all the phases for thiscontrol recipe destination must be flagged at the conversion. This isnot the case for the control recipe destination specified in themessage text.

1. Release all the phases for the control recipe destination specified.
2. At conversion, flag all the phases for the control recipe
destination.
Note: When you flag an operation, the system automatically selectsall the phases for this operation in addition.
