If you want to maintain the tax year in the system, see theinstructions below.

Procedure for System Administrator
RESET N1
Select 'Maintain entries'.
Enter your project IMG number or choose 'Without Project'.
Select 'Maintain Tax Years'.
Choose 'Copy' to copy an existing tax year.
Note: You must copy the tax year for each relevant period parameter.
Assign the new tax year with the appropriate entries.
Save your entry.

The tax year must also be maintained in the following tables:

• Maintain Tax Status


• Maintain Employment Indicators


• Maintain Tax Age groups


• Set up the basic deductions tax table


• Set up the tax rebate table
