Diagnosis
The tax certificate generation process did not select any employees forwhom tax certificates could be processed.
Either:

• Your selection criteria during the generation step (report RPCTCGW0)
excluded all employees. Check your entries in the fields 'PAYEreference number' or 'tax year' fields.

• All employees for your selection have been processed in a previous run.
As these tax certificates have not been cancelled, you cannot processthe run again.

• All employees for your selection have been excluded via the selection
step Include/Exclude Employees (report RPCTCSW0).

Procedure
Locate the inconsistent information entered and make any appropriatechanges.
Rerun the tax certificate generation process.
