Details of the checks that have failed are available in the statusreport of the certificate generation run.

Procedure
If you tried to run the tax certificate generation program, go to theIMG: Payroll Accounting -> Payroll: South Africa -> Annual IRP5 /IT3(a) Tax Certificate Processing.
If you tried to run the UIF declaration generation program, go to theview V_T5W66.
Check each step to determine what additional information must beentered.
