Diagnosis
The employee does not have any payroll results in the payroll clustertable TAXCU in the period the employee was hired or re-hired.

System Response
The program to generate the IR56B will not be able to gather anyresults from the payroll cluster. Therefore, the IR56B will not begenerated for this employee.

Procedure
Run the payroll for the period in which the employee was hired orre-hired.
