Diagnosis
The employee being processed for the IR56G certificate was a) notterminated between the selection screen begin and end dates and/or b)does not have a Leaving HK event type in Events (Infotype 0000) betweenthe selection screen begin and end dates.

System Response
An error message will be displayed in the error log as part of theprocessing for the tax IR56G processing.

Procedure

• Terminate the employee within the time frame that you require.


• Change the event type on Events (Infotype 0000) to Leaving HK.
