SAP Message 3Q067 - No identity number in Infotype 0185 for subtype &, & or &

Diagnosis
The employee does not have a HK I/C no. This is a compulsory item oneach of the Hong Kong IR56 tax forms.

System Response
An error message will be displayed in the error log as part of theprocessing of the IR56B/E/F/G forms.

Procedure

  • Check feature 27IRI and determine the employee's permanent resident
    • type (transaction pe03).
    • In Personal IDs(Infotype 0185) the ID type should be set to the
      • permanent resident type.
      • Enter the Identity Number.
