Diagnosis
An entry has been made in more than one of the withdrawal methods.
Withdrawal from a plan can be made using the amounts stored in one ofthe following groupings:

• mandatory and voluntary employee amounts and mandatory and voluntary
employer amounts;

• total employee and employer amounts.

Alternatively, the withdrawal can be transfer to another plan indicatedby selecting the transfered option.
Both methods can not be selected at the same time.

System Response
The system does not allow this action.

Procedure
Choose one of the three withdrawal methods:


• mandatory and voluntary employee amounts and mandatory and voluntary
employer amounts;

• total employee and employer amounts;


• transfer the plan.
