Diagnosis
When trying to show the levels of employee's Soc Sec basis amount,
it was detected that this kind of input doesn't apply to the
employee's income category.
There must be a problem in the system configuration.

Procedure
Contact the administrator of the SAP system. Check function group RPP2(include LRPP2F01 - form "fill_help_levels").
