Diagnosis
The runs selected are deleted by the update. This can cause a delay indeleting the data used for setting "deleted" status.
This means that, particularly in the case of deleting live postingruns, the employee can, under circumstances, still be selected for awhile, even if the run's status is already "deleted".

Procedure
Wait until the update records have been processed before creating newlive runs.

Make sure that no interrupted update records are included in the updatefor transaction PCPO.
