SAP Message 3G143 - WBS element with external number &1 is not recognized in the system

Diagnosis The WBS element with the name &V1& is included in the imported dataset.This WBS element has been transferred from the sending system to thereceiving system. However the WBS element &V1& does not exist in the receiving system. System Response The file cannot be imported. Procedure Check in the sending system whether the WBS element &V1& is incorrectlyincluded in the dataset. If this is not the case, this means the transfer of the WBS element iscorrect and the WBS element &V1& must be created in the receivingsystem.
