Diagnosis
There is no read or write authorization for one of the clusters to beconverted for table PCL2. It concerns cluster CU (Payroll Directory)and the country-specific payroll cluster Rx (x stands for the HRcountry letter, for example, U for USA).

System Response
The conversion program must be cancelled.

Procedure
Check the authorization P_PCLX for the user. The user must have readand write authorization for all the clusters in question.
