Diagnosis
The budget status determines which actions you can perform for thebudget units in the budget structure. The following statuses aresupported:
'1': the budget has been released and can no longer be edited.
'2': the budget has the status "planned" and can be edited (thisdepends on your authorizations).
Note:
To assign another budget unit to your budget unit, both budget unitsmust have status '2'.
