Diagnosis
You cannot change the status as the validity of one or more of thebudget units in the budget structure has been extended.

Procedure
You can only change the status, if the following prerequisites havebeen fulfilled:

• The budget structure is deleted in the budget period that has just been
extended. You can only do this if the budget structure is still in thestatus planned in this budget period.

• None of the budgets in the structure have been claimed.
