Diagnosis
You entered a company contribution percentage although a defaultcontribution factor has been defined in Customizing for Payroll NewZealand under Superannuation -> Superannuation Funds ->Define Superannuation Fund Details.
You have not entered an employee contribution percentage or amount onwhich the default company contribution factor can be based.

System Response
The company contribution percentage you entered manually will overridethe default factor.

Procedure
Check and, if necessary, enter an employee contribution percentage oramount and delete the company contribution percentage.
