The pushbutton that you wanted to convert into a text or input/outputelement contains an icon that is not valid for the target element type.

The pushbutton cannot be converted.

Procedure
Remove the icon from the pushbutton, then convert the pushbutton and,if required, choose a new icon that is permitted for the new elementtype.
