Procedure
Move the element so that its frame, at the new position, observes therequired minimum distance from adjacent elements. The minimumhorizontal distance is one column on either side of the element. Thereis no currently no vertical minimum distance.
You may need to make room at the new position or make the elementsmaller so that it fits into the available space at the target.
