Diagnosis
You are editing the column elements of a table control and set theattribute "Fixed column" for a column. There are columns with a lowernumber that are not fixed.

System Response
You can only fix a connected starting area of columns of a tablecontrol. The system therefore assigns the attribute "Fixed column"automatically to all the columns having a lower column number.
