Diagnosis

The screen element on which the cursor is positioned does not yetexist, however.

Procedure
To create a screen element, you have three options available:
- Choose the function "Create Element".
- First give the element a name and choose
"Refresh" or "Attributes".
- Choose the function "Copy Dict/ProgFields".
