Diagnosis
You can only increase the loop factor if there is an adequate number ofblank lines for the next loop block.

Procedure
If a loop factor has not been specified, you may have to define thebottom line of a multi-line block with F16 first. You can terminate thedefinition procedure by leaving the loop mode with F3.
