The CCMS function 'JOB_CLOSE' (job release) terminated with the errorV2 for job v1. the authorizations of the user are often not enoughto release the job &V1&. For more information, see the system log ofsystem &V3&.

System Response
The background job has the &V1& has the status Scheduled.

Procedure
Delete the job &V1&.
Reschedule the job.
