Diagnosis
One of the following situations triggered this message:

V2.

• You want to create a standard BOM and have chosen the BOM for standard
object &V1&, usage &V2&, to copy from.
However, no BOM exists for standard object &V1&, usage &V2&.

Please check your entries for the standard object: perhaps your entryV2 for the usage is not correct.
