SAP Message 29715 - BOM group & for equipment & & not valid on &

Diagnosis
You want to display or change BOM group &V1& for equipment &V2& inplant &V3&, and have entered the date &V4& in the Valid fromfield.
However, you cannot process the BOM, because it is not valid on thisdate.

Procedure
If you want to display the BOM group over its entire validity period,proceed as follows:

  • Select BOM group -> Display.

  • Enter the special character "!" at the beginning of the fields
    • Valid from and Valid to.
    The system displays a summarized BOM for the BOM group.
    On the alternative overview, you see a list of the validity periods ofthe individual BOMs in this BOM group.
