Diagnosis
You want to use mass change to replace one material in BOMs withanother. This is only possible if the material type of both materialsis the same.

Procedure
You have two options:
Enter another material, which has the same material type as thematerial to be replaced.
Check whether the material type of the new material needs to bechanged.
The material type of a material can only be changed in consultationwith the responsible area.
