Diagnosis
Your user profile contains details of all BOM transactions you areallowed to carry out. This authorization is further defined in youruser profile via combinations of field values for BOM usage andauthorization group.
Your current user profile does not authorize you to create BOMs.

Procedure
Consult your system manager responsible for authorizations. The valuerange in your user profile may need to be changed.
If no change to your user profile is planned, inform your systemmanager responsible for BOM maintenance.
