SAP Message 26313 - Error while calling the EAI Viewer

Diagnosis
The integrated viewer could not display the file.

System Response
An error occured while attempting to display the original with theintegrated EAI Viewer.

Procedure
Verify in Customizing of Document Management under General Data ->Define workstation application that your frontend installation a viwecall is set up for each workstation application as follows:

  • Enter a viewer call in navigation step
    • Define workstation application in networks
    .
    • The syntax for the call is in teh F1 help of the field

      • Application (Path with program name).
