Diagnosis
Via Direct Vault Access, the link to a vault should be structured oncomputer &V2&. Access to the vault is by user &V1& (maintain DocumentManagement Customizing, Global Settings)

System Response
The system checks whether user &V1& has authorization to use computerV2.
User &V1& is not authorized to use computer &V2&.
