Diagnosis
You are creating a test file for transferring documents from anexternal system. In the Document number prefix field you entereda five-figure number. The system is to copy this as a prefix for theselected document numbers.

• You cannot use figures only (for example, not 11111 but 111).


• Any blank characters you enter are converted to "_" (for example, 111
-> 111__).

• Selected document numbers that are longer than 20 characters are
shifted five characters to the right, then given the prefix you defined(for example, 111__ad-01).
