Diagnosis
You are looking at the status log and want to display an originalapplication file for a specific document status. This is only possibleif the audit function was executed for a document status.

• You define when the audit function is executed in the IMG for document
management, step "Document statuses".

• Document statuses for which the audit function is executed have an
indicator in the Audit field. This indicator is set by thesystem.

System Response
The system checks whether the audit function was executed for theselected status.

Procedure
The audit function was not executed for the status you selected, so youcannot display the specific processing statuses of original applicationfiles for this status.
You can only display specific processing statuses for a document statusif the status has an indicator in the Audit field.
