Diagnosis You want to assign a status for which the content version has been activated in settings in the IMG. System Response The system checks the settings in Customizing (Document Management ->Define Document Type -> Define DocumentStatus). The content version has been activated for thestatus concerned. Procedure Before you can set the status, you must check the original applicationfiles into an archive or vault (for example, storage system, SAPdatabase, archive, or safe).
