Diagnosis
You want to process a file under path &V1&. The system determines anaccess path for the specific combination of your frontend computer <->data carrier for original application data you are using.
Note:
You do not need an access path if the original application files arestored on your local computer.

System Response
The system cannot access the file. Perhaps the path or the file doesnot exist.

Procedure
On the tab page Originals certify the entries for the storagelocation as follows:
RESET N1
Place your cursor in the line with the original application file thatyou want to verify
Select the function Detail. A dialog box appears with thefollowing:
Storage category
Data carrier
Path for the original application file
When the file is stored on another computer verify whether inCustomizing for Document Management an access path isdefined to this computer (Activity Define
data carrier, Navigation step Mount points/Set up logical drives
).
