Please note:

• If you are in change mode:

The editing functions are not active. You can only change the deletionindicator (Edit -> Change delete ind.). The system checkswhether you are authorized to do this.

• If you are in display mode:

You can display both the original data and the additional documentslinked to it from the archive. The system checks your authorization foreach function you attempt.
In the Details menu, the Object link function is active.You can use this to display objects which are linked to the document.
