SAP Message 26119 - Data for application & cannot be put in archive & (& &)

Diagnosis
You want to store data for application &V1& in archive &V2&.
Settings in Customizing (Document management -> General data ->Workstat. applicat.) define which archive application data can bestored in.
These archives must first:

  • be defined as data carriers/network nodes

  • be assigned to a data carrier type

  • the archive must be maintained in Customizing (Process technology ->
    • Optical archive).
    Storage in archive &V2& is not defined for application &V1&.

    Procedure

    • Check in Customizing which archive data carriers/network nodes are
      • defined.
      • Assign the application to a defined archive.

        • If a new entry for archive &V2& needs to be created, contact yoursystem manager.
        • Only archives that have a maintained link in ArchiveLink-Customizing
          • (&V2& &V3& &V4&) are allowed.
