SAP Message 26071 - When the document is changed, status must be changed

Diagnosis
You have change data in the document info record, but have not changedthe entry in the Status field.
Settings in Customizing (Document management -> Control data ->Document type) define that the status must be changed when a documentis changed.

System Response

  • The system determines the possible statuses for the document type.

    • Procedure
    RESET N1
    Process the data on the tab page Document data.
    Display the possible entries for the document status and selectstatus.
