Diagnosis
You want to start an application. The data carrier entered for theapplication is defined via settings in Customizing (Documentmanagement) as available online.
However, the field Original contains a data carrier which cannotbe accessed online (such as filing cabinet C.2.46).

Procedure
Check the entries for the originals in the document info record(Details -> Originals) and the data carrier defined inCustomizing.
