Diagnosis
You want to change the status of the document.
Via the settings in Customizing (Document management -> Control data ->Document status), a status network is defined for document type &V2&.
Status &V1& is not defined in this status network.

Procedure
Check your entry in the Status field.

• If you still want to set this status, contact your system manager. The
status network for document type &V2& may need to be checked.

• To choose a status which is already allowed for the current processing
status of the document with document type &V2&, display the possibleentries and select the status you require.
